Engine Performance
Utilizing high-quality Yanmar engines and hydraulic components, the SY35U performs at the peak of efficiency. The machine has a highly engineered hydraulic system that reduces fuel consumption and provides an efficient balance of the main pump and engine power.
1. Hydraulic system: Customized pump and valve system, developed and designed according to customer needs, has outstanding advantages such as high reliability, small pressure loss, and smooth compound action. The main valve auxiliary unit has been upgraded to electronic control, which makes the auxiliary unit more convenient to control, improves efficiency, and helps customers create greater value.
2. Load-sensitive flow distribution system: It can provide and distribute flow according to the flow demand of the system, and meet the requirements of speed regulation and compound action of actuators.
3. Gear speed control system: It can accurately match the power of commonly used gears, so that the efficiency and fuel consumption can reach the optimal level.
Fully upgraded bucket and lower frame
The bucket shape is optimized, the bucket excavator is 30.4kN, the stick digging force is 18.2kN, and the digging efficiency is increased by about 8%.
The bucket teeth are changed from vertical pins to horizontal pins, which have high efficiency, long service life and convenient replacement.
The scientific and reasonable distribution of the wheelbase effectively improves the stability of the whole machine, and the double-supported supporting sprocket eliminates the hidden danger of the supporting sprocket.
Standard Hydraulic Lock
A hydraulic lock is added to the hydraulic oil circuit of the bulldozer blade and the deflection cylinder to further reduce the settlement of the cylinder and improve customer satisfaction.

1.Handle electric control upgrade
The bulldozer blade handle is combined with high and low speed switches, and the segmented wiring harness is designed for easy maintenance. The right handle is upgraded to a multifunctional handle with integrated crushing function.
